Fasting is one of the methods to get rid of many diseases and the fight against excess weight. How useful starve, many experts say, and clinics promoting such methods, popular.
Starve. The method is quite hard and has its contraindications. Fasting cannot be attributed to diet, it is used for treatment of people. Depriving body feed from the outside, i.e. food, we use it in the conditions, when the need to use internal reserves. First spent carbohydrates, then fat cells, then dead and weak particles. At the same time disappear and some cell diseases.
Taking the decision to try a technique of treatment hunger, be careful. Starve more than 1-2 days should only under doctor’s supervision. You can try to abstain from food for a day – this practice is useful for all people who do not have health problems. In the time goes by cleaning digestive system.
2-3 days of hunger strike, you can get rid from the effects of infectious diseases and surgery.
Ten days of fasting will help in weight, and therapeutic effect only after the 20-30-day courses.
Long refusal from food helps get rid from skin diseases, obesity and ulcers. Side effects of fasting include dizziness, breath, weakness and dryness mouth. Therefore starve you need to start gradually – start with a few one-day fasts during the week, then increase the duration of up to two or three days.
Prepare the body for several days before cancellation of food to eat some vegetables and fruits, give up the calories and heavy products. Fluid intake does not limit nor to starvation, nor during the course.
Correct way out of starvation will help to avoid health problems associated with the initiation of food. Get out of starvation gradually, after a day procedures start with vegetables, after a long course – with juices.
The effect of fasting will not, if you immediately start eating everything in large quantities.
