5 diets, approved science

A man who decided to count how many types of diets exists today in the world, clearly expects to disappointment because their is a huge amount. Count all – handed. However, formal approval of the scientists were awarded to only five diets. These include those that do not harm the health, not empty wallets and efficient enough.
1. Low fat diet. Its main principle lies in the name. That is, those who adhere to this diet, they eat only low-fat products. It’s simple: if the meat, beef, chicken or Turkey without the skin. If the fish, Pollock or cod, but not fat salmon or mackerel. If sweets, Zephyr, candy, jelly. If the cheese, skimmed milk, kefir and milk – one percent. 3. French diet. There is some analogy with the previous one, too frequent small amounts plus: avoid fast foods, consume only useful foods and drink plenty of pure water, to actively engage in physical training and sports (gym, swimming pool, Jogging, morning exercises required). Diet includes 3 phases. The first lasts 3 weeks and involves keeping a diary (records help identify weaknesses). The second phase lasts from one to three months and is aimed, mainly, at the change of eating habits – the number should go in quality. The third phase should last ideally life, for implies careful to maintain a normal weight at all times.
4. The model plate. The dishes designed for second dishes, mentally divide into 4 parts. 2/4 is required for vegetables – fresh, boiled or steamed, grilled. Vegetables seasoned with vegetable oil (small amount) or low-fat dressing (soy, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar) or eat without refueling. 5. Soups and cocktails. Preference is given to maximally satisfying products with the least amount of calories.
