Salt-free diet

A salt-free diet is a diet that includes absolutely not salty food. Such a diet is recommended for people with chronic or advanced forms of diseases of cardiovascular system and kidneys, obesity and edema.
In bessoleva diet you should observe the following rules:
-prepare and eat food with absolutely no salt;
-meal should be at least five times a day in small portions;
-dishes should be prepared for a couple;
-oil can be added, but only in ready made dishes.
When salt-free diet is acceptable use rye bread and crackers, soups on vegetable broth, lean beef, poultry or fish, various cereals, raw and cooked vegetables, sweet fruit and berries, one egg per day, kissels, stewed fruits, jelly, milk, cottage cheese, cheese, raisins, dried apricots, figs and green tea.
When salt-free diet throughout the consumption of fried and fatty foods, spicy and smoked dishes, pickles, fish and meat broth, lamb, pork and poultry, confectionery.
One of the options bessoleva diet designed for 14 days:
1-3 day: 0,5 kg per day of lean boiled chicken without skin;
3-6 day: 0,5 kg per day any boiled fish;
7-9 day: 0,25 kilogram herculean, buckwheat or barley porridge on the water. Adding milk 1,5% fat and honey.
10-12 day: 2 pounds a day any vegetables except potatoes;
13-15 day: 2 pounds a day all fruits except bananas and grapes.
In addition, salt-free diet you should drink at least two liters of still mineral water or green tea.
