Of the many gardens and vegetable gifts strawberry – one of the most delicious snacks. This berry loved and for the wonderful taste and healing properties. Breakfast. Salad «Three fruits».

Strawberry – 100 g, potato «in uniform» – 300 g, floor bulbs, floor beam celery, cottage cheese – 50 g, yogurt (1,5%) – 50 g, lemon juice – 1 tsp. parsley – 5 g, pepper, salt.
2nd day
Breakfast.
Strawberry – 150 g curd (20%) -50 g , 2 slices of bread.
Appetizer №1. Cocktail «Exotics».
Strawberry – 150 g yoghurt (1,5%) – 50 g, pineapple juice – 100 ml
Lunch. Pancakes with strawberries.
Dough: milk (1,5%) – 100 ml , flour – 50 g , honey – 1 tsp , 1 egg, a pinch of salt. The dough for 30 minutes. Filling: strawberry – 200 g, applesauce – 50 g , Apple juice concentrate) – 1 tbsp lemon juice – 0.5 ch.l., Apple juice – 10 ml
Appetizer №2. «Strawberry Pakhta».
Strawberry – 150 g, buttermilk – 150 ml, honey 1 tsp.
Dinner. Salad «Iceberg with strawberries.»
Strawberry – 100 g, yellow sweet pepper – 0.5 pod, 1 tomato, iceberg salad – 200 g, yogurt (1,5%) – 30 g, cheese – 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 15 gr, salt. 4 of bread.
3rd day
Breakfast.
Strawberry – 150 g of whey – 50 ml, Apple juice (concentrated) – 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese – 100 g, flakes oat – 2 tbsp
Appetizer №1.
Strawberry – 150 g, kefir – 150 ml, honey 1 tsp.
Lunch. «Melon with strawberries.»
Strawberry – 150 g, honey melon – 250 g, a slice of ham, a sprig of mint.
Appetizer №2.
Strawberry – 150 g , orange juice – 150 ml, honey, 1 tsp
Dinner. «Vegetables with sauce, strawberry».
Strawberry – 100 g, stewed potatoes -150 g carrots , 100 g (colour cabbage 100 g . Sauce: flour, passerovannym 30 grams of butter oil, – 10 g, milk (1,5%) – 180 ml, salt, pepper. Two slices of bread.
4th day
Breakfast.
Strawberry – 70 g , cheese (30%fat) – 30 g, 2 slices of bread.
Appetizer №1
Strawberry 100 g of whey – 150 ml, honey 1 tsp., half of Apple and an orange.
Lunch. «Cod on strawberries».
Strawberry – 150 g salad – 100 g , floor bulbs. Cod fillet, fried in 10 ml of vegetable oil, 100, Sauce: lemon juice – 20 ml, olive oil – 10 ml, mustard on the tip of a knife, Apple juice – 1 teaspoon
Appetizer №2. «Strawberries in marinade».
Strawberry – 300 g of Berries withstand 30 minutes in marinade: lemon juice 1 tbsp. honey 1 tsp. water – the amount of berries. Serve with 50 g of yoghurt.
Dinner. Strawberry salad with vegetables.
Strawberry – 100 g, yogurt (1,5%) – 50 g of cottage cheese – 50 g carrots, 100 g (sweet pepper, 100 g celery – 100, Sauce: Apple juice – 5 ml, lemon juice – 5 ml, salt, pepper.
