In the endeavor at whatever cost to lose weight women often run from one diet to the next. But any diet you choose to reduce weight, has its pros and cons, and each diet has its details that you should know not to harm your body and achieve the desired result. 6. Ideal diet should contain not less than 1200 kcal for women and not less than 1500 kcal for men. Greater reductions in caloric intake leads to slower metabolism, which, on the contrary, lead to more weight gain.
7. Neglect of exercise. If you eat enough, but you have nowhere to spend the received calories, weight still not decrease. Dietary power should be combined with physical exercise. To reduce the weight of a person should spend more calories than it gets from food. Not necessarily go every day in the gym, select themselves active lesson like – fast walking, swimming pool, active outdoors games, stationary bike at home or something. 8. Immediate effect quick diets. Diets that promise slimming for a few days or a week can be very harmful for your body.
