We’re all looking for some special methods to combat obesity. Strive to resort to the well-known foreign diets, considering that they are more efficient. But most outlandish diets provide for a «special» products that are alien to our climate and the continent. In the end, slimming costing us a tidy sum.

The main rule which provides Russian diet for weight loss, is the limited consumption of vegetable fats and sweets, including sugar. The diet included first dishes – borsch and soups made from vegetable broth (meat is forbidden), boiled meat and fish, cereals (especially buckwheat), eggs, mushrooms, vegetables (concentrating on sauerkraut) and fruit (except for grapes and bananas).
Salt and fluid intake according to the rules of the Russian diet minimal, however, herbal tea, low-fat yogurt and pure non-carbonated water – all are welcomed in small quantities (up to 1 liter per day). Taboo hot spices, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, rich products, chocolate, ice-cream and alcohol.
Russian diet lasts two months, and as a guarantee developers diet, weight loss should be from 4 to 8 kilograms. According to experts of a healthy diet, this diet for weight loss is fairly balanced. But, despite this, feedback about it it is possible to hear the most different.
Many using this diet you cannot drop half of the promised kilograms. Hence the conclusion: apparently it’s still not all perfect for weight loss. Maybe the whole thing in the individual peculiarities of the organism?
