The psychology of weight loss

We all know that health is a balance of physical and mental state of the person and it is unlikely that this phrase will cause any doubt.

I’m sure many have realized that there is no miracle pills and funds for slimming. First of all, slimming due lowering caloric intake and increasing physical activity. This is the law of conservation of energy, it is physics.
Have to agree that the way to health does not lie through negative emotions. The main idea – the ability to manage their psyche and get rid negative emotions, physical activity and diet changes contributed to the satisfaction, pleasure and joy.
The subconscious is connected with the body, our body a single whole. Therefore, the main task is to convince our subconscious to a change in the body and bring it into order.
All the matter is that our subconscious is based on the principle dolls (children’s toys), where kachnesh, and there will be deflected, but here, he returns to its original position, that is, any changes, deviations in one direction or another cause of our subconscious fear and anxiety.
Actually the subconscient is a survival instinct that is obliged to keep the security of the whole body. Goes, our subconscious is bodyguard and object of protection – our body.
It turns out that the bodyguard is much quieter, if its object is on one place and will make every effort to avoid any business meetings and banquets. Means the same thing happens to our bodies.
That is why it is so hard to sit on a diet, force yourself to go to the gym and that’s because everything is back to «normal» after the end of the diets. And this happens due to the intervention of the subconscious, which through experience affects us and our thoughts.
