Diet based on carrot, is not only a great way to weight loss, but also a great way to saturation of the body with nutrients. This wonderful vegetable contains a large amount of carotene (provitamin A), b vitamins, and vitamins C, D, E and K. in addition, they are rich in valuable macro-elements – calcium, magnesium and phosphorus.
There are two variants of the carrot diet slimming:
1. Carrot diet 4 days
The first three days of Pets is the only carrot salad. 2. Carrot diet 10 days

In addition, daily drink not less than 3 glasses of freshly squeezed carrot juice and about 1.3-1.5 liters of ordinary water. From morning also allowed to drink half a Cup of yogurt or low-fat milk. Weight loss will be about 5 kg.
